Introducing a Yoga session in your office or workspace is a great choice to obtain better results both in your job and in your personal life. When we are busy it often seems impossible to make any more time for activities, and we end up sacrificing the most important thing we have: our health.
Stress is such a common thing these days that we are now used to live with it. Studies conducted for the annual UK Government Health & Safety Executive Annual Statistics Report highlight the millions of workdays lost to stress-related physical and mental health problems, making it an important consideration not just for personal wellbeing but for business productivity as well. Luckily, there are effective ways to reduce the impact that work-related stress has on our minds and general health.

Our teachers are experienced professionals with more than 20 years of collective practice and teaching, and they will adapt the classes to the needs of the group.
We offer classes both in ENGLISH and in SPANISH.
The duration of the classes can be from 45′ to 90′.
